I wrote a diary based on the literary text A Brave New World, because I wanted to express Lenina´s feelings in her best and worst days of her life. It was written with an informal tone and is addressed for a teenager´s audience.
In my diary, I used first person perspective with phrases like “I met a handsome blonde man named Jhon” and “I realized that it was something that made me feel good”. I tried as well to use an easy level of vocabulary to make the understanding of emotions and ideas clearly with words like “furious, bad, and lonely” and “I´m crazy”.

I wanted to have fun with him, so he accepted and we came to my apartment, there after drinking a glass of wine I starting to seduce him I was really anxios to have sex with him, but you won´t imagine what happeded HE DIDN´T WANT TO.
I felt so furious, bad, and lonely, that I needed soma, I needed an escape from the reality for a few hours. I started to hit him and asked him to leave, but insted of doing it, he sang me a song and with kidness talked to me about beautiful things that he called FEELING. He talked about a man named Shakespeare so we stood awake the whole night just reading Romeo and Juliet's book. Inmediately I identified myself as Juliet and Jhon as Romeo. I was so delighted listening to all the sweet and beautiful words that he was telling me. Also he made me realize that the consumption of Soma could kill me.
Now I´m in LOVE. In love of John, a different man, who knows the real pleasures of life, that of course are not sex and soma. I can´t stop thinking on him. People can think that I´m crazy, but I don´t care I want a change in my life, but
