First and for most the deliberations would be taped or somehow recorded for future use if need be. With that being said, the deliberation records would only be released for special circumstances or during the possibility that a new case has been formed and has valid reports that would be case altering. During this time, I think that the jurors should be allowed to ask questions. As of now, jurors are allowed any evidences presented along with any verbal records produced, but how often do the jurors have the knowledge to comprehend any of this. If there was a reform to allow the jurors to discuss with experts, what the meaning was behind their reporting, I feel better decisions would be made. The jurors would have a better feel how the validity of the science and then can decided for themselves if what they are hearing matches up with stories being presented to me or if the logic/ commonsense
