During my Pilate’s class this semester I felt a positive change in my body. Frist, I lost a lot of weight from exercising in class every week. Also, it helped release any tension in my body because I learn to stretch and move around. The most valuable lessons I learned in class is the 5 dos and don’ts workout. The two workouts that were beneficial to me were the standing and lifting because firstly, I would always stand improperly due to my previous broken ankle injury.
