Joseph Pilates Research Paper

Joseph Pilates had a very interesting life, starting off a sick child who suffered from asthma, rickets, and rhumatic fever he dedicated his life to becoming healthier and becoming more physically strong. I think that part of him is very admirable. I myself have asthma and fibromyalgia and thats enough to make excercize difficult for me, i cant imagine having rickets aswell which wouldve made his bones very fragile and easily breakable from the lack of vitamin D. I also thought that it was interesting that during his internment of world war 1 he taught people self defense and wrestling and that thats how he discovered his love for teaching. He lived a long life of 83 years considering how sick he was as a child and the fact that he was interned
