One exercise I feel is important and I am very interested in learning about and putting into work is abdominal strengthening. Most people do abdominal strengthen for six pack and flat stomachs. Although that sounds amazing I learned the importance of core strength after having my third child. I went into labor naturally and my delivery went so fast my body struggled in adapting to the changes of going from pregnant into labor.
