As I reached puberty and subsequent adulthood, my weight stabilized around 145 pounds. While that is still a healthy and average weight, I was never 100% pleased with the number or my figure. I have a tummy. While I appreciate my hips and my breasts, there is definitely some room for improvement. I packed on close to 20 pounds since July 2007, when I began taking Paxil. I reached an all-time high weight of 163 pounds, and on January 26th, 2008, I said "no more" and joined Weight Watchers Online. Now I 've tried calorie counting many times on my own, and Weight Watchers is essentially just calorie counting. But something about it appealed to me; whether it was the support of doing something with countless others, the easy of not counting
