Write an essay introducing yourself to the Selection Committee. In this essay, please address the following points:
· Describe your leadership style and how you anticipate its growth over time
· Name one social or environmental justice issue you are passionate about and describe how you are involved

Primus Inter Pares. The translation “First Among Equals” perfectly embodies what servant leadership is meant to be. Servant leadership is described as putting others before yourself, or not asking how I can get ahead, but how we can all get ahead. This is the leadership style that I have been exposed to since I was 13.
