Taking into consideration the abovementioned barriers to implementing IPE and the Interprofessional Competency Framework, below are some methods and solutions to implementing the most effective and resource-efficient IPE for fostering a culture of collaboration in health care teams. First, key stakeholders across all faculties and organizations need to agree to a common vision and appreciate the advantages of IPE. For example, faculty members may be resistant to changes due to increased workload and lack of time. Leaders in the professional field have a responsibility to motivate faculty members to make these changes and provide organizational support and adequate financial and time allocations for the development and delivery of interprofessional
