Improve Your Time Management Skills - 16 Time Management Tips To Help You Power Through Your Tasks! 11. Breaks - keep any scheduled breaks to a set time and DON 'T run over!

12. Just say no - there will be many times in life when we can 't get all of the things that we want to do, done. You may well just have to say no. If you keep saying yes to everyone all the time in your work and personal life, your tasks and responsibilities will soon get beyond you. Be careful to check their previous work to see how good they are and when you 're confident of someone 's abilities, you can use them over and over again to save you time. If you do this wisely it will save you money as well if your time costs more than theirs. Using outsourcers will also make you more money as your productivity will increase with the more good outsourcers you choose to use.

14. Nothing is perfect - if you are unable to finish a task until you think it 's perfect, you 'll probably never finish it. All you can do, is the best you can do, in the time available. A finished imperfect task is going to be infinitely preferable to an unfinished imperfect task!

15. Probe deadlines - when someone says something is urgent, check that it really is by finding out more details such as; who wants it, when, why, what for etc. and then prioritise it
