High School Student Analysis

Throughout my years of High School, I have developed valuable leadership skills that I will continue to use long after I graduate. Before entering High School, I was very reserved and was afraid to take control and made my voice heard. Now, I continue to lead by example, through school, and in my community.

During school, I am a model student and lead by example in many ways. My GPA has never dropped below a 4.0 because I constantly strive to do my best in and out of the classroom. My assignments are always due on time, and in the rare occasion they are not I take it upon myself to turn it in the very next day. In class, I treat my teachers with the utmost respect, meaning my attention is solely on them and I do not socialize or fool around during lessons. I do not specifically tutor anybody; however, I like to offer my assistance to fellow classmates whenever they are in need. In addition, my record is clean; I have not gotten any detention or have been written up because I do not place myself in such predicaments in the first place.

Some students tend to see this as a pass to not do any work. I am usually the person who takes charge of the group. I am quick to suggest ideas and get a feel of how my group members want to cooperate. I review the requirements and assign people in my group jobs, including myself, and then I check to see if everyone is satisfied with what I suggest they do. I believe by doing this it gets everything done in a timely and orderly fashion. Throughout the projects or assignments, I constantly check to see if anyone needs help and continually motivate them. Finally, after it is finished, I take the responsibility of reviewing the criteria one last time to ensure everything was
