During school, I am a model student and lead by example in many ways. My GPA has never dropped below a 4.0 because I constantly strive to do my best in and out of the classroom. My assignments are always due on time, and in the rare occasion they are not I take it upon myself to turn it in the very next day. In class, I treat my teachers with the utmost respect, meaning my attention is solely on them and I do not socialize or fool around during lessons. I do not specifically tutor anybody; however, I like to offer my assistance to fellow classmates whenever they are in need. Some students tend to see this as a pass to not do any work. I am usually the person who takes charge of the group. I am quick to suggest ideas and get a feel of how my group members want to cooperate. I review the requirements and assign people in my group jobs, including myself, and then I check to see if everyone is satisfied with what I suggest they do. I believe by doing this it gets everything done in a timely and orderly fashion. Throughout the projects or assignments, I constantly check to see if anyone needs help and continually motivate them.
