INTRODUCTION
In this paper, I will discuss the areas of improvement that I identified during the course. I will also talk about how I took specific actions to make improvement in these domains. While thinking about the areas of improvement that I identified during the course, the first thing that would strike my mind is "Leading individuals and groups." As a leader, I should share a vision and engage my team to achieve goals in the stipulated time. I consider myself good at communication and time management. But there are other areas which I need improvement to move an organization to higher levels.

Managing conflict is advantageous in both professionally and personally. Personally, it helps to keep your cool. If someone doesn 't get along with me for any personal reason, then I can 't get over the little attitudes of other people that conflict with me. One of the actions I took to manage conflict is smiling because smiling avoids conflict and makes us win people. Always be friendly and learn to give a smile. The best practice here to listen to the either versions of the argument and to have an outlook on either side of the argument and satisfy them with their requirements. Listening is a procedure and a powerful one. Allowing other people to feel important and know that what they are saying is important in conveying it to me. By giving them attention and actively listening to them will make me get much further. Listening is the most vital piece of correspondence, because, in the event that you neglect to comprehend the message which is communicated to you, you will likewise fall flat in giving a free and critical reaction. This is the underlying driver of numerous contentions, false impressions, and confusions, whether at home, school, or work.
