Some respond to conflict with a positive attitude.Anne Frank tried to look for the good in her situation. For example, when Anne and her family are in hiding she says "I was able to plaster the wall with pictures it looks much more cheerful"( Anne Frank -the diary of a young girl ).So even when she is in hiding she is looking for ways to make it more cheerful and not focus on the bad. Malala was positive and hopeful, some "may say too hopeful". For example, Malala, says "I did not believe that this man could stop us school was our right" (I am Malala page 73). Malala didn't focus on the fact that the Taliban could stop them from going to school but she kept a positive outlook. Also, she didn't even think of not going to school as an option.
