HRM model is a model that represents the various activities associated with the HR department and their various activities.

The Figure 1 shows the HRM model. The HRM model consist of various activities like selection , recruitment ,planning and so on.There are cvrios relationships between organizational objectives , environmental influences and all of them affect the human resource management and other activities it is clearl from the figure1 that there are a number of activities involved like human resource planning, recruitment, selection, socialization. And the combination of all these activities results in the competent employees who have adapted to the organizational culture.It has

It can be easily understood that that it is closely related to other human resource management processes.
