When creating the guest experience there are various reasons why hotel guests’ want to experience social spaces like bars or lounges, it is because they want to enjoy and share a drink with their friends or family.

The internal environment is just as important as the design and style because, as much as the establishment is nice inside and out it should also be filled with employees that are well-trained and can know how to make a guests’ day a happy one. Staff friendliness is mandatory, guests’ want smiling and reliable employees working in the hotel bar or lounge that they have chosen because if they turn out to be rude and inattentive, the guests’ will have different impressions and it will ruin the image of the hotel by spreading it to others.
