Introduction and Literature Review: For my research paper; I decided to focus on how immigrants adapted to a new culture, a new life. Being that my parents are immigrants, who came to this country to provide a better life for their children I thought this was something I could dig deeper into. Some hispanic countries are more ahead in terms of material that is taught, do these school adapt to the children from different countries? Do they need to learn how to swim in this new pond on their own? In my experience my parents are immigrants, and even though I was born here and was raised here; I had to learn that my culture is completely different from the majority around me, I would even have to deal with being treated different. So how would these students learn that their cultures and the other ones around them are different but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with that? How would they deal with being treated
