Identifiable Message

There are two companies that come to mind when it comes to identifiable messages to the market. Dove soap would be my first example. Their message since the beginning in 1957 has been to provide a new clean and leaving the skin moisturized in the process. As time went by and social issues emerged, Dove made it a point to stand for "real women" and be a force in the movement to raise the self esteem of their customers, men and women alike. Thier marketing strategy does differ when it comes to gender but the message stays the same. So even though they may market the message differently, the message stays the same. The magazine Vogue targets the audience of male and female, but predominantly female targeting an audience range of 17 to early 40’s.
