1 Briefly discuss how will you establish rapport with your clients in future practice?
Establishing rapport with a client is essential to building a relationship with your client and a good start is keeping and making good eye contact, Also non-threatening poses, For example placing your hands relaxed on your legs when you sit, making sure to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest for concerns of the client and express your interest open ended questions relative to the situation at hand, building trust with the client is also very important when building rapport, showing the client empathy and making them feel at ease and comfortable.

I will accurately determine my client’s expectations and needs by first establishing roles with the client by Discussing my capabilities as well as my limitations establishing a transparent line of communication with them outlining my services and responsibility’s and what is expected of them as a client, Questions and clear communication with the client are key to determining their expectations and needs.
