In American History there are a lot of successful people who have changed the Americans life for better. Thomas Edison was one of the first inventors in American history, he made many researches that help to improve a lot of devices, and his inventions affected life not only in the United States but all around the world. in fact, there are a lot of things that we would not have without Thomas Edison such as all new technology that we use today in our daily lives. However Thomas Edison lived a hard like with a poor family, he achieved his dreamland reached what he wanted.
He was born in Ohio in 1847 he had a rather large family consisting of nine member seven brothers and his mother and father. though he was very smart when he was young, his teacher was calling him “addled” meaning mentally confused; muddled. He dropped out of elementary school after one three months of studying, but his mother did not leave him alone, she refused to give up on him she taught him at home and she she supported and stood by him when he really needed help.
