Within today’s health care finance plans financial management is one of the most important aspects. There are numerous financial decisions that are handled from day to day in reference to accounting records and the business transactions that occur within the organization. The organizations fiscal objectives tackle these decisions. A concern that may arise is the integrity of the health care organization’s financial management department and the accuracy of their records.

These policies are referenced to the way that they handle all of their financial guidelines that are cut throughout the organization's financial accountants. Yes, there are similarities within many health care organizations however; all health care organizations need to remember the specific code of ethics they must follow. Patients become more aware by experiencing or becoming involved in the a health care professional to better help them understand and believe in the organization. A health care professional may be asked to not stand up against the corporation's code of ethics. This may be a concern from the professional start date up until his retirement.

All of the health care organizations face these challenges. They deal with some duties and the acquiescence measures that they must meet. Our health care industry currently has to encounter many risks within the financial aspect of the organization. All health care organizations both have federal and state guidelines or standards which they must follow all the time. Some of these guidelines have reference in the business or organization itself such as the operating standards, or the working professional staff that should be licensed and most especially, the health standards. Every organization must meet all these standards everytime to comply duly with the federal, state, and the corporation’s generl standards and responsibilities as well.
