Ans:
The forum group helps in finding the best solution to business problems. Publication of products because of market exposure. Also, helps in managing cost as different vendors have a different cost. Also, newspapers mostly use in business for advertisements and jobs.

Ans:
1-Employees have the opportunity of decision making at any specified forms like deciding the schedule for work and choosing process. 2- Rewards/ bonus should be provided which depends upon completion of a task or depends on any productive suggestion.

Ans:
There is an important relationship between quality improvement measures and cost. The managers want to obtain maximum profit for which sales should be increased and sale depend upon the quality of a product. If the product is of very fine quality but its price is also very high (out of range) of consumers than it will cause a loss for the company. But if the quality is also and the price is affordable then the sales will increase. If profit ratio on each part is decreased but sales increase than it can provide overall profit to the company. For improving quality, we can follow 6 Sigma. Kaizen theory is also effective. 1- Plan for improving quality
