The above-stated issues coupled with the financial status of certain states across the country makes it difficult for health institution to know if the states will be able to pay for affordable care. since the overall health system is involved in all level of care for patients while the public health is more involved in helping communities accept healthier cultural through grassroots preventative measure, I believe the public health official will be in a better position to a liaison for both the health system and the communities. The public health officials can feed pertinent information to primary caregivers about new health developments in various societies conversely the health providers can give feedbacks on their end as to new developments. I would recommend a shared database between the health care system and the public health department in the various community. In my opinion, a shared database will allow for the easy of sharing information. In addition, with a joint venture of collaboration in place,public health officials can easily disseminate information needed at the grassroots level to residents in communities and vice-versa. For example, increased incidences of HIV diagnosis would prompt, the system to alert the corresponding health liaison to the institution sending the alert, the liaison will now collaborate with the institution sending the alert and create a strategy that will help disseminate pertinent information to the community.
