Good leadership is a quality some people are born with or a skill people learn. It takes a lot of responsibility and strength to be a good leader. The qualities of being a good leader are bravery, modesty, and being considerate.
First of all, being brave is one of the most important qualities of being a good leader. A leader has to be ready to face anything that comes their way. They are the ones people are looking up to; therefore, they cannot show weakness. Harriet Tubman was a great leader. From “Harriet Tubman Biography” it says, “Harriet Tubman escaped slavery to become a leading abolitionist. She led hundreds of enslaved people to freedom along the route of the Underground Railroad.” Harriet Tubman was a very brave woman. Not many people would have had the courage to go back and lead others to freedom. Without her bravery, none of the other slaves would have had the courage to try to escape slavery and search for freedom.
Second of all, sometimes good deeds get recognition. However, other times they go unnoticed. A good leader

The leader has to think not only of themselves, but the lives of other people. A leader has to make decisions based on what's best for everybody; which could be different from what's best for he or she. In “Harriet Tubman Biography” it says, “Rather than remaining in the safety of the North, Tubman made it her mission to rescue her family and others living in slavery.” Going back to the South to rescue her loved ones was a very dangerous move, however, she knew people were counting on her. A good leader always thinks about others and how they can help better other lives. A selfish person could not depended on.
In conclusion, it’s not always easy being a good leader. It takes a lot of responsibility and strength to be a good leader. The qualities of being a good leader are bravery, modesty, and being considerate. Obtaining these three qualities can ensure one as a great
