Throughout the world people are always talking about global warming and how the world has become so polluted. People often want to do something about it, they just don’t know what. That’s where Global Green USA comes into play. Global Green USA is a national environmental organization. The mission of Global Green USA is to foster a global value shift toward a sustainable and secure future. In order to do this the organization must understand if they have the right strategy and culture to perform as a highly innovative organization, potential conflicts within stakeholders, and positive impacts they can have on the natural environment.

As a direct result from green schools being opened, thousands of students are now attending classes in healthy classrooms in energy- and water-saving buildings. According to the article, these greener schools are helping raise students test scores, reduce sick days, and save money. In my opinion, if this isn’t considered the right strategy and good enough reason to perform as a highly innovative organization, then many organizations will not and should not be around. With many other strategies and the choice of a proper culture, I believe Global Green USA does indeed have the ability to continue performing as a highly innovative organization.
Within an organization there are often times many different stakeholders. First of all we must understand that stakeholders are persons, groups, and other organizations that are directly affected by the behavior of the organization and that hold a stake in its performance.
