Fit Quest Project Analysis

The fit quest project has benefited my thoughts about staying healthy in many different ways. The first way that it has benefited me is that I know realize the importance of eating and exercising. I now understand that in order to maintain a healthy body you must keep a schedule and you must commit to your eating and workout plans. If you fail to accomplish these tasks, you will most likely fail when trying to lose or gain weight. Also, I have learned that there are different ways to lose or gain weight, but you always want to choose the healthiest choices or else you may end up with consequences in the future. In this project, I was a dietitian during this project, meaning I chose my clients daily eating plans. For my client, Randy, I had to pick the most …show more content…
But, the best and most efficient way to lose or gain weight is to stick to a plan. If you begin to slack off or if you move to quickly, final outcome will change and differ. This may result in many different consequences. For example, you may have to spend more time dieting, or it may cause you to have a negative body reflection. These thing are not good for your physical and mental health. It is also important to ask for help. You may need a personal fitness team to create a diet, workout, and an eating plan in order to change your body in the healthiest way possible! This project got me thinking about how I can change my body or weight if needed. Well, first off I would ask for help, just to make sure the plan is perfect before I start it. Secondly, I would make sure to stick to the plan. This means that I would not slack off or become lazy with the diet and exercise plan. I would also have to hold myself accountable for my personal fitness. Lastly, I would have to chose a sport or recreational activity that could last for a lifetime.
