Introduction
This assignment is mainly about the objectives, scope & strategy of a real- life project. A project is a piece of planned work or an activity that is finished over a period of time and intended to achieve a particular aim (project Meaning, 2015). A project is unique as it is not a daily routine operation, but a specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singular goal. Therefore, a project team often includes people who don’t usually work together, some might from different department organizations and some might even across multiple geographies. Apart from that, Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques, allocation of people and resources to project activities in order to meet the project requirements (Pmi.org, 2015).

The Eiffel Tower is named after its engineer designer, Gustav Eiffel (Placesinfrance.com, n.d.). It was also built by Gustave Eiffel, which originally intended of symbolizing the 1889 World Fair, commemorate the celebration of 100th year anniversary of the French Revolution as well as to demonstrate France's industrial prowess to the world (Toureiffel.paris, 2015). It being inaugurated on 31 March 1889, and opened on 6 May 1889 (Placesinfrance.com, n.d.).
The tower consist three levels in all. At the south towers base a ticket booth sells tickets to use the stairs, which begin at that location and the first and second levels are accessible by both stairs and lifts (Placesinfrance.com, n.d.).
