Everybody has their ideal image that they want to achieve and want it as soon as possible. Yet, many factors can affect the rate or results to achieve this ideal image. From how they workout to their genetics, so many factors are applied to making the most results that they want. However for the best and most noticeable results, the diet is where everything starts. Anybody can work hard in the gym, but it takes a lot of dedication and support to work hard in the kitchen. For the average person who hasn't really been on a diet before and weighs an average amount for their gender and age, starting a diet can increase the rate to get to a lean body that they want. We all know that eating too much of anything is bad for us but how do we know what is too much? This all depends on the person actually because some people may be allergic or some people may not be allowed to eat things because of religious reason, or maybe it can plainly be that they don’t like certain foods. So there are always alternatives to this diet plan that you can switch things in and out with because dieting shouldn’t be so strict and make it too hard and miserable to follow. Vegetables are similar to fruits because of how it doesn’t make you as full as other foods but still makes you feel energized. 5 servings of vegetables is about 3-4 cups and is fine to eat any time of the day. There are not many calories in vegetables so eating you shouldn't worry about how much calories you are getting while earning enough vegetables to make you full. Vegetables and fruits are so convenient to have throughout the day because it’s easy to pack and snack on anywhere.
