Fantasy Tours will have to do successive planning having been given indications by the two founding members who might leave the company within next year. To fill up the position, the company will need candidates with solid experience in management level, an achiever that can lead the agency to accomplish its goals.
Staffing plan
As a startup business, Fantasy Tours need to fulfill the positions of Marketing staffs, IT staffs, Ticketing staffs, Bus drivers and Tour guides according to the organizational structure of the company. Each individual position will have specific yet diverse job roles and responsibilities so as to have a flexible workforce to accommodate the constraint budget of the agency. The roles and responsibilities of each position will require staffs to perform various duties and jobs within the company in order to reduce cost and increase productivity. This can be achieved by using the strategy of not hiring full time staffs at once and adopting flexibility plan such as subcontracting which will provide

The management positions will require candidates to be proven leader with at least some years of experience in management level who will have an ability to lead the company. The other positions require staffs to be cheerful, outgoing, have a basic IT knowledge and skills and some marketing skills with our without the experience.
Recruitment and Selection
Job description or specification is important for applicants and the company both. It will help applicants to understand their job roles and responsibilities as well as help the company to align its mission with work carried out by the staffs. At the fantasy Tours, the staffs are required perform the following job roles:
- Marketing and promoting services to the clients
- Dealing with customer
