Creativity can be used to motivate employees because managers can use fun new ideas to make employees excited and motivated to complete the tasks assigned. An example of using creativity to motivate employee is when Alicia was talking about how at the restaurant she works at, they were giving employees “Tucks Bucks” when they did something nice for customers. At the end of the holiday session, the employees can use there “Tucks bucks” and receive different prizes depending on the amount of “Tucks bucks” employees have. Another example of this is at the company my Dad works for he always asks his employees current event questions about the economy or anything that has been in the news. Each time an employee answers the question right he keeps a tally and at the end of the season he will give that employee a prize.
