In the previous class, we discussed the chapter one, Managing Human Resources and watched a brief video on Sysco. In the video, Sysco’s employers discussed about the human resources and different strategies which plays an important role in the development of a company. The combination of product, policies and system plays an important role to influence employees’ behavior, attitude and performance (Chapter 1).
