Explore Leadership Framework Leaders of academic institutions are charged with the responsibility of identifying and solving problems that may interfere with normal operations. In order to generate positive results, leaders must use the right approach to solve every problem that they encounter (Watson, Brooks and Beachum, 2007). There are a number of leadership frameworks that leaders can implement to solve issues in their organizations. This paper will focus on the application of a leadership framework developed by Bolman and Deal (2013) in explaining a course of action for addressing an administrative issue at Howard University, Washington, DC.
