An example of inclusion that I have witness: the teacher learns sign language and creates picture cards to communicate with the deaf child.

Inclusion are often misunderstood with assimilation or integration, but it is not. Inclusion is the equality in the diversity. It is the necessary for the right of all. To make inclusion happen, the first step that require is the diversity of people to be present in the setting. Inclusion is the ongoing process to ensure everyone is valued, respect, and included in the community, to celebrate the differences and similarity of everyone. This including the minority group and the majority group, not just focus on the minority group only.
Inclusion is to create sense of belonging by adjust the setup of the experience to fit the needs of everyone in the community, in order to facilitate inclusive participate of everyone, and deliver same opportunities for all the people in community.
