Workers are unmotivated, discouraged, frustrated and dread coming to work every day. The workplace has become monopolized by managers that lack emotional intelligence and people skills. Employees feel that they are just robots that are insignificant and can be terminated in a blink of an eye. He frequently is caught slacking off, on his cell phone, and does not thoroughly complete his tasks. He makes excuses about why his work wasn 't done. He clearly is not passionate about his job, only about his direct deposit check that is deposited every other Friday morning.
