Communication (Rocio) Just like everything else in life, communication is the utmost of importance. It roots and brings relationships together so that people can have discussions and get their thoughts across to one another in a simple and effective way. a. Not listening to the employees' concerns. When an employee is not being heard and their concerns are being disregarded then it is up to the employee to take the next step further and try to be heard and understand by a higher being. An employee should never be discouraged or back down just because one manager says not, it takes a team call to decide and not just one person’s choice. inconsistent feedback If support is not being give or inadequate support is being demonstrated than an employee should be able to go above the steps they have followed and write a letter to someone higher.
