This skill can be demonstrated with the assistance of a imagined scenario. Picture yourself as a student with a project that is worth a colossal grade out of your total work for the semester and is also due in two weeks from the day you were informed about it, the task is demanding and mundane, it entails a huge amount of cognitive activity and devoted attention; what is better in terms of being done with the project, being in a nice mood or in a foul mood? Being in a somewhat foul mood helps people handle the work in an attentive and well structured way.
