Effective briefing techniques are important at any level, and with any officials and all the time of working performance. I am not a best speaker, and I know my briefing presentations are far away from a level of an Excellency. I am native Russian and English is my second language, my ability to communicate orally has always attracts more attention and positive interest. I am a foreigner speaker, so I understand it is my own responsibility to do everything possible to insure that the audience understands my message.
