This game is a huge fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. Each player, coach, and cheerleader has to raise $250 to even participate. Currently, I am working on fundraising, but I know I will go past this goal of $250 because Alzheimer’s has personally affected me by taking my grandfather’s life. Salesmen have several traits, but one of the main ideas involving these types of people are, “… that little things can, apparently, make as much of a difference as big things” (78). For example, nonverbal cues and positive facial gestures can be influential to people whether they realize it or not. While talking about the Blondes versus Brunettes game, recruiting players, or informing people about Alzheimer’s, I will have to sell the idea that this game is the most important game anyone could ever play and that Alzheimer’s will not end without their help.
