The main purpose of this approach is to counter a cultural deficiency orientation while assisting individuals to develop and maintain their own culture. I really felt by assessing the impact of multicultural education, we can reflect the very different outcomes of developing a bilingual education. Incorporating studies to help change people’s attitudes and behaviors as well as the aspects of the individual teachers. Developing a multicultural classroom can suggest a positive racial attitude among students of different ethnic groups during learning activities. Which indeed will teach students the concept of communicating with others through different structures of cultures? As a teacher, I hope to realize that curriculum can be attuned to the life experiences, values, and cognitive styles of the student population that can be incredible in the hope of producing desired academic outcomes. The primary function of schooling is the transmission of knowledge and we miss the transformation of society. In my classroom, I hope to accomplish the unknown and have a strong collaboration between my student’s cultures. As Charles Dailey talked in class, he really gave an inside on the ratifying understanding of realizing we are “all” apart of this world. As teachers, we must put into account what a child may be going through at home and must focus on the learning process of every student. The idea of diversity is truly a real thing and is not just what we read in books. As a teacher, I am in charge of helping the future generations and providing a purposeful reason for learning. Whether we keep letting it happen or do something about it, is ultimately up to us. As a teacher, I hope to recognize and affirm the rich historical and cultural backgrounds of a population that has always been
