Around the world, in every society most of the people are dealing with some sort of depression, anxiety, and eating disorder. Society is changing, both culturally and physically we must adapt to new environment and the changing culture. Depression, anxiety affects everyone’s life at some point. Depression comes in a wide variety of forms, from mild unhappiness to a chemical imbalance in the mind. It affects the mind as much as it does the body. Depression is directly related to many other disabilities such as eating disorder, social difficulties (this is where anxiety can come to play role) and etc. Eating disorder is a very big topic around the world. The women around the world are trying to build new image of their self. They want to feel good about themselves, but are always dissatisfied with the way the look just because they don’t have body of a model. For example my sister she thinks she is fat she needs to low weight but for me she is perfectly fine. However, something is in her mind that keeps telling you have lost weight. An eating disorder is a severe disturbance of a person 's eating habits. Most of the people might have faced this phase of life once a while getting depressed, feeling anxiety and growing through unusual eating habits. However, somehow these people need to come out of their dark side of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy is the best treatment for the people to help them to change the think about their self.
