Cognitive behavioral therapy would help people with their moods and behavior by changing their way of thinking. CBT help people break the connections between difficult situations and people 's habitats reaction to them. CBT is known for is a systematic process by which we learn to change our negative thoughts into more positive ones. CBT is a combination of two types of therapy, cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy. Cognition is our thoughts, so cognitive behavioral therapy combines working with our thought process and changing our behavior at the same time. CBT starts by breaking down your problems into smaller components, often trying to identify certain problematic thoughts or behavior. Usually what we see we believe that is the truth but it 's not always like that way. Being apart from her made to realized that how important she was to me and how important I was to her. However, there are several things that make people change that once they used to believe in. Sometimes the environment around us or some situations in life we experience can change our thinking. Another way that changed my way of thinking was about relatives, I used to believe that our relative are the one that cares about us after our parents but I was completely wrong about it. Most of the relative who would act really sweet with in front of your parents are always the one who have hidden fake faces behind them. After my father’s sudden death I came across that all my relative who was so sweet now turning away or against us.
