Our Area Managers must have people orientated leadership skills and be solution oriented with a proven track record of success in QSR or unit management, customer service, strong computer skills, cost management, and sales growth spanning at least 3-5 years. Prior to SLA, an Area Manager will ideally have had successful multi-unit experience overseeing and supporting a minimum of 10-20 units and been able to provide examples of measurable results.
