I will be applying for the Residential Assistant position at Kean University. I feel that I meet all of the qualities of a Residential Assistant. I am a very well rounded individual. I have great skills when it comes to communication and also problem solving. I know that I would be a good RA since I’m a people person. I am very easy to get along with and I’m also very down to earth. I can see myself helping a lot of student with their problems whether its school related or personal. The students can come up to the RA and discuss on any issues, doubts, etc. The RA not only works for the students, but also makes sure that the mission and discipline of the University is not compromised with.
