What is one dish you have on Christmas or the Holidays? A dish I have on Christmas is sausage. It is a tradition to have sausage in my family. When my grandma and grandpa lived in Romania, it was a big deal to have homemade sausage on Christmas. My grandma and grandpa brought along with them the tradition of having sausage on Christmas The sausage is made of pork. The meat itself and the casing that holds the meat is part of the pork. When my great grandparents lived on a farm they made sausage. It was when you live on the farm that you had the tradition of making sausage for Christmas.

My grandparents try to keep the tradition still alive. Now it is not always homemade, however we still
