Puddings include foods that are easy to make but very delicious to eat. The reason is what makes many people like to make a pudding. Display elegant custard puddings are also included in the class food that can be served to the upper middle economic circles.

Pudding made of gelatin which is very useful for our health. Because the fibers contained in it is used to cleanse the bowel, by smoothing the metabolism in our body.

With smooth metabolism, the body will be healthier and function of digestive tools go well. So that your body fitter, healthier and does not get sick. Not to mention the benefits of the pudding is very filling but not fattening.

An Easy Way To Make Chocolate Pudding :
Prepare a rather large-sized bowl, put all the ingredients of chocolate pudding (except sugar and salt), stirring until well blended, then strain. After that, pour it into the pan.
Add sugar and salt, then stir until well blended. Cook until boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove and let stand until the steam disappears.
Pour the solution into a mold chocolate pudding soaked in a little water before. For mold / pan up to it according to your tastes. After that, enter the mold / pan containing the pudding in the refrigerator and wait until pudding is really hard.
