1. How are leadership and management different from one another?

 Leader which lead the team from front and manager you assign the work to team members
 A business needs both a leader and manager to follow the vision of the business. Leadership is more about motivate belief in the mission and vision and work together to accomplish the goal while manager is about administrative work how to allocate and assign work to their team members.
2. What are the conclusions of trait theories of leadership?
 Trait theory: Its differentiate the leader and non-leader by consider their personality,social and physical traits.
• Are able to assert themselves (extraverted).
• Are disciplined and able to keep commitments they make (conscientious).

General al characteristics of charismatic leaders are: they have a dream, they are willing to take the personal risk they are sensitive to followers' needs, they display uncommon practices Transformational leaders motivate follower to rise above their own particular self-interests for the benefit of the organization. They change followers' attention to issues by helping them to take a gander at old issues in new ways; and they can energize, stimulate, and rouse devotees to put out additional push to accomplish aggregate objectives. Transformational leadership is based on value-based initiative—it produces levels of supporter exertion and execution that go past what might happen with a value-based approach alone. These descriptions suggest that charismatic leadership depends on a person behavior, when seen by others, is characterized as appealing authority. What leadership roles are available to non-managers?

 Attitude: The emotion you show and the words you choose to speak have a impact the team member for better or for worse. Express yourself in such way to motivate and influence others.

7. What is authentic leadership?

People who know who they are, know what they believe in and value, and act on those values and beliefs openly and candidly.

8. What are the requirements of ethical leadership?

 Change the way follower think when a transformational leadership has ethical implications
 Unethical leader use chrisma to show power to their followers
 Ethical leader try to reduce interpersonal conflict and improve organizaton behaviours
 Have to set high ethical standards.

9. What is servant leadership? How does it make a difference in organizations?
Servant leaders does not think about their personal interest, they focus on followers development and growth.
 That you carry the weight of the organization on your shoulders
 That you have lost the joy in coming to work or participating in the group
 That you feel out of the communication
