The investigation carried out by Google has provided detailed information regarding the duties that are performed by the managers such as helping the individuals to reach the goals within the organization and their technical skills which would support the performance of the employees (Robbins & Coulter, 2015). Project Oxygen has been considered as the most interesting one because it helped Google to understand the potentiality of the managers and train its employees accordingly.
