Chipotle faced some issues that posed a threat to the company. One issue was that some of the suppliers did not supply them with 100 percent farm raised food and animals. The major difference between the two organizations is that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday’s to allow their employees time for themselves and they are afforded the opportunity to make it to church if they choose to. I don’t know of any other organization that allows this for their employees and I think it’s a wonderful thing to offer. I learned that Chick-fil-A was dragged through the mud because they don’t support same-sex marriages. The media put them on blast so to speak and then the people went crazy making all sorts of negative comments and refusing to eat at Chick-fil-A restaurants because of their views.
