On Tuesday, I consumed eight as well. By Wednesday, I started to notice that I was consuming way too much caffeine and I only consumed four caffeinated beverages that day. Thursday I was off of work and I consumed five beverages. On Friday and Saturday I was stuck at work all day and on both days I consumed eight caffeinated beverages. Sunday was an easy and relaxing day, I hardly moved from my bed, and I only consumed four caffeinated drinks. Finally, on the last day of our baseline week, I consumed an enormous amount of ten caffeinated beverages. In total, over the initial self-observing week, I consumed about 55 caffeinated beverages (see Appendix). I honestly could not believe that out of habit and addiction, I had consumed almost 60 caffeinated beverages in just one week. If I were to continuously drink countless amounts of caffeinated beverages every week, I would consume almost 240 beverages a month, and that totals to be 2,880 a year. I quickly realized that my addiction was more sever than I thought it could be. I started experiencing withdraws early into the morning at the beginning of the week because I did not have my usual two or three cups of coffee that I normally had done in the past. Monday and Tuesday were not the best days, and I reluctantly was not able to watch any Netflix on those evenings. On those days I consumed five and six caffeinated beverages, respectively. Wednesday I buckled down, and I only consumed two caffeinated beverages. As well on Thursday I only consumed two caffeinated beverages. On Friday and Saturday I consumed three beverages. Finally, on Sunday, I consumed four caffeinated beverages. Overall, for the entire week I consumed 25 caffeinated beverages, which was much less than I had consumed during the baseline week (see
