Personal Behavior Change Paper

My behavior change project that I attempted was to increase my water conception. My goal was to drink more than 48 ounces of water daily. I kept track of my water conception by having a water bottle with measurements on it. I felt I was very successful because each week I increased 24 ounces of water. Week one I drank 48 ounces, week two I drank 72 ounces, week three I drank 96 ounces and week four I drank 120 ounces of water daily. Buying a recyclable water bottle and bringing it everywhere I went, helped me make the change. When I was at work and when it got busy, it got in my way of consuming water. I would not do anything differently if I had the chance to do it over because I achieved my goal. This experience has helped me be a healthier
