Understanding CQ cultural intelligence makes companies responsive to the globalization of the marketplace. The presented practices of CQ promote similar perception of the attributes necessary for the employees to succeed in the culturally diverse environment. While SWOT analysis of individual capabilities is important to find out personal strengths and weaknesses and outline a strategic plan of personal growth, models of cultural intelligence implemented within organizations help to understand cultural differences and underline similarities.
