In other words, its all about how well you listen and take in the information you received. Applying your listening skills in the workplace is very important when it comes to working as a team. Thirdly, effective communication in the workplace comes with also how you handle the issues. When changes are made to a production line atmosphere, it can be challenging. Because some stations may have a lot parts made up and then you have to go back and make changes. To handle issues like that you have to be able to adjust and not get frustrated with the changes. My way of handling the issues is just to go with the flow of things. If something is changing then I adapt to the changes and move on. No need in being frustrated and upset. Although my effective communication in the workplace may be confusing to an individual who has never worked in the production field, communication alone is essential in all workplace environment. Effective communication is how well you present yourself, how well your listening skills is, and how well you handle the issues.
