Companies are networking together and cooperating to great extent than ever before. The concept of a boundaryless organization was created at General Electric by CEO Jack Welch. These types of organization are perfect for rapid innovation, and ideal for companies in the growing technology industry.

These boundaries are the barriers between the employees and the outside world such as customers and suppliers. Feedback from customers and suppliers can create new idea and avoid the risk of being ineffective.
1.1.3Types of boundaryless organizations
1- Modular organization
2- strategic alliance when two companies cooperate to form a partnership that is beneficial to all parties.
3-network organization which outsource their major business functions in order to concentrate more on what they are in business to do.
4--virtual organization. Modular and virtual organizations outsource all non-essential functions.
1.1.4Advantages of boundaryless organization
1-workers no longer work in separation but work as part of a team on broad, company-wide projects, quality management, just-in-time methods, and supply-chain management.
2- Employees can manage and coordinate their own projects, it enhances a sense of pride in the ability to change and meet the demands of the situation boosting a strong work

The main goal is simply to make sure that the workers show up to work on time, do their tasks, not ask questions, not cause problems, and then leave and do that over and over again.
4- Perspective is shifted from telling people what to do to get them excited to want to do it.
5-The Company shall be one big happy family, therefore, politics from the workplace once and for all will be eliminated.

These boundaries have effects on a manager's relationship with bosses, subordinates, and peers. Creating the right kind of relationships at the right time on boundaryless organization is the key to productivity, innovation, and effectiveness. The new boundaries are;
